During the very first phone call, Greyson was thorough, polite and ultra-responsive -- without being overbearing (which is the norm at other dealers). He was super helpful & went the extra mile, sending me videos of the vehicle since I was purchasing from out-of-town. While he wasn't there the day we picked up our truck, Matt took the baton & ensured that everything went smoothly. Robin, in administration, keeps everything light making sure everyone had a smile and is on-top of her job. She also was quick to answer a question regarding the title after we picked up our vehicle. Laid back, pressure-less, professional, knowledgable and absolutely competitive pricing. We traveled almost 4 hours to the dealership, but we would've traveled 40! This will not be our last purchase from Budget and in fact, we look forward to buying from them again. Awesome team. More
