It's taken me much too long to write a review, but I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience. I found my 2024 Kia Forte LXS on Autotrader and sent an inquiry. I heard back promptly from Johnatha honestly couldn't be happier with my experience. I found my 2024 Kia Forte LXS on Autotrader and sent an inquiry. I heard back promptly from Johnathan; he quickly ran through the car's specs with me and answered all of my questions. He even answered questions for me over the weekend whenever a question would pop into my head, proving he was more than willing to go above and beyond to ensure I had a good car buying experience. He even bent over backwards for me when it came to putting together my down payment package. After Carvana fell through on buying my old car, Johnathan was able to get approval for me to bring my car and use it as a trade-in at the same value that Carvana quoted me. Not only that, but he was also able to secure a financing offer from M&T Bank that beat my bank by a full two percentage points! On the day of the sale, I dropped off my old car and Johnathan and I went through the paperwork, which he simplified and thoroughly explained. After only 30 minutes of being at the dealership, I had the keys to my new car! Its been almost two months since I purchased the car and I'm still as happy to get in and drive it as I was the very first day.
