Johnathan makes a fine impression and was very helpful in explaining features and in answering our questions. This included getting answers to some questions that involved research on his part. He asked questions of us and then guided our discovery of accessories we would value in our new Outback. Following our initial visit, we mostly talked with Johnathan by email and telephone. We ultimately chose a car on its way to Thomas from the factory that included the accessories we wanted, plus a couple of others recommended by Johnathan. We never felt "pushed" to buy during the month we were in the market, and yet Johnathan was always there when we had questions. More
