Subaru car purchase I will never go to another car dealership again when wanting to purchase a new car. I had a few bad car shopping experiences with other dealerships an I will never go to another car dealership again when wanting to purchase a new car. I had a few bad car shopping experiences with other dealerships and none really impressed me. All except for Thomas in Cumberland. Every single employee was extremely nice and helpful! Nobody seemed there just for themselves. Everyone wanted to help everyone out. Some places are just out for the money, but the people at Thomas were there for US. They were honest with us, helped us find what I truly wanted in a car, and were so very patient!! They stayed past hours for about 3 hours just to finish up with my car purchase (Johnathan Loughrie, Dylan Pellegrín, and I believe the last person was Patrick if remember correctly). As a first time car buyer, I took my mom along. We both were very impressed and are so glad we chose Thomas! They have exceeded my expectations and am so very happy with my purchase. Thank you guys so much! I love my new car!! More

Johnathan Loughrie was our sales person and he was helpful in showing us the differences between the Forester we bought and the Crosstek we were also considering. After showing us what was available in each and the benefits and things not available in our price range, he left us to discuss and decide on the vehicle we wanted. He then handled getting all the paperwork and information together for us before handing us on to Dylan Pellegrin in Finance. Dylan looked thoroughly to get us the best payment he could with everything we wanted. On top of the three Subarus we have bought from Thomas, we first own a total of four Hyundais. Thomas has always taken good care of us and our vehicles. Chris Carpenter the manager is always approachable and available when you need to handle any issues with a vehicle at Thomas in Cumberland! More
