While muddling through the insurance mess, Johnathan worked to find us the exact Forester we wanted and ordered the extra accessories we wanted as well. When we came in to purchase our new vehicle, they had everything ready and we were in and out in less than an hour. Everyone at the dealership is so friendly and helpful. He was able to answer all our questions about each vehicle We thanked Johnathan and told him we wanted to go visit others dealerships. Johnathan was as warm and friendly when we told him that as he was when we first arrived on the lot. We went elsewhere and we were not impressed with the other dealerships. We returned to Thomas Subaru -- to Johnathon. We decided on the new vehicle we wanted and Seth got us a surprisingly low interest rate from Subaru that even beat our own credit unions. Johnathan explained every feature of our new car and called us the next day to see if we were satisfied. Coincidentally, the day after we purchased our vehicle, my husband was at Schwab Cancer Center and a man came through offering beautiful new blankets to the cancer patients, compliments of Thomas Subaru. Beautiful! We will recommend and return to Thomas Subaru Cumberland, in Motor Center. The workers who got our car ready for us had it looking beautiful when we drove it off the lot. More

When he was going over the features of the car he made it a point to show me the differences between my then current 2013 Legacy and the new 2017 model. I even showed up an hour before they closed and once I decided on a car he stayed after everyone else had left for the day to help me get as much paperwork done as he could so when I came to pick it up a few days later I wouldn't have to stay as long. Brett was also super pleasant. He made the usual tedious task of actually buying the car and filling out all the paperwork quick and painless. I had a great experience 4 years ago buying a car here and this experience was no different. Thanks! More
