Johnathan Loughrie was my salesman and he Went above and beyond to find me the EXACT car I was looking for! He stayed in contact with me via text & calls to let me know the status of the sale. My patience definitely paid off because I love my new Palisade. After almost a year of searching for a new vehicle, I am so glad I found the Hyundai Palisade. This is a smooth sharp ride for sure! Johnathan was very professional, helpful and friendly throughout our whole buying experience. He answered all of our questions and made the whole buying experience very pleasant. We highly recommend Johnathan Loughrie for anyone to work with when purchasing a new vehicle from Thomas Subaru. We also worked with the Sales Manager Amanda Roth and the Finance Manager Shelly Dawson. Both ladies were also very professional, helpful and friendly. Traded in my Subaru Impreza for a Hyundai Santa Fe I deal with Johnathan Liughrie and I absolutely love him! He takes his time to explain everything and answer all questions. He is just awesome! My dad introduced me to Johnathan in 2010 when I bought my Impreza. Since then our entire family goes to Johnathan! My experience this time was the first without my dad (He passed away 2 years ago). Long story short, he helped me out and took very good care of me! I bought my vehicle on July 5th and they were VERY busy! We were there several hours waiting to finish the sale. Johnathan kept checking in on us and talking to us to help pass the time. My only complaint is that they did not fill up my tank with gas as they always do. I didn’t have the heart to say anything to Johnathan bc we were there at least a hour and a half past closing. I even remembered hm saying they are shining up and filling up my car for me so I know he didn’t know that they forgot. More

Great Experience! Johnathan Loughrie was the gentleman I worked with. I went in knowing which car I wanted to see/test drive. Johnathan was quick to get me the keys and Johnathan Loughrie was the gentleman I worked with. I went in knowing which car I wanted to see/test drive. Johnathan was quick to get me the keys and told me to take my time looking the vehicle over and taking it for a test drive. He was extremely professional and wasn't pushy or overbearing like some salespeople can be. The dealership was extremely busy that day but multiple stopped to check in with me to make sure I was being taken care of. I was offered drinks and snacks while I waited which was a nice plus since I was there for a little while. Johnathan and the Thomas Cumberland team worked quickly to help me get the financing in order to purchase the vehicle. I traded in my older vehicle and was offered a fair deal. Johnathan also provided me with lots of additional information so I could make the best choice about how much money I wanted to put down on the vehicle in order to get the most ideal monthly payment. There was a small rip in the center console cover. When I brought that to his attention Johnathan worked with Shelly (Gray, I believe) to provide me with a "we owe" and a written promise that they would take care of the repair. I drove off the lot with my number one choice of vehicle that same day and have been in love with it ever since. Thanks for a great buying experience! More
