When Scheduling an appointment was told that my bill would be 69.95 then after service it turned to $105 which isn't a big issue but the next item was. Next my Tucson has only 31000 miles on it trying would be 69.95 then after service it turned to $105 which isn't a big issue but the next item was. Next my Tucson has only 31000 miles on it trying to get an issues looked at for the warrantee they wanted me to pay 259 for diagnostics when it should be covered under the 60000 mile 5 year warrantee so I took it to another Dealership where they didn't charge me to look at it and have now found the fault as a bad transmission. More

I went in due to a referral with no hopes of getting a vehicle due to prior credit issues. Once there Jonathan simply was not only able to deliver but was able to place me in a 2026 vehicle. This is one of the most excited moments because this is my first new car I purchased and even with the prior credit history I was able to still ride away with an unbelievable deal. I purchased my vehicle almost two years ago and so far I have yet to pay for an oil change. I have dropped my car off for service and been shuttled back and forth to my job site.
