This dealership has been the worst in my 40+ years of buying vehicles. From sales, to managers to the service center. They damaged my truck messing up the front and rear bumpers. They shorted the oil on buying vehicles. From sales, to managers to the service center. They damaged my truck messing up the front and rear bumpers. They shorted the oil on an oil change leaded to a low oil light shortly after an oil change, the management never returns calls or follows up on any promises they continue to make. All around a horrible business. More

I'm new to the Great Red State of Oklahoma and I was very pleased with the professionalism of Jonathan Vissepo, well deserving of a 5 star rating. He went out of his way to make sure the cash transaction wen pleased with the professionalism of Jonathan Vissepo, well deserving of a 5 star rating. He went out of his way to make sure the cash transaction went smoothly by providing constant updates, no matter where I physically was withing the dealer premises. The process was straight forward with some bumps on the way that we were able to iron out at the dealer's and my satisfaction. This is the third Ram truck I owned in the past 4 years so I'm familiar with the features and updates in design and features of the truck and yet the email traffic with Jonathan was great, providing informational videos on the new features of the vehicle and the offer of him being available if I would have any further questions. Kudos to Jonathan. More
