He introduced himself as Johnnie Richards. from start to finish Mr. Richards was very professional, and very knowledgeable of the business. He was very patient, explaining every detail. This would be my first Audi purchase. He made sure I understood every aspect of the vehicle. He made my purchase painless. I'm so happy to have met a salesman that was not worried about making a sale, but made your experience so welcoming, whether you purchased a vehicle or not. The atmosphere is so welcoming!
