First off reason for visit was service not sales but it won't let me change that (below). My summer tires weren't put into bags and one was put on my back seat and not in a bag just on my upholstery. Also asked (when calling to add changing tires over to windshield calibration) if could look at front end noise (again, would of been the 5th or 6th time and under Toyota extra care warranty I paid almost two grand for) and it wasn't looked at. I left my car the entire day actually dropped off the night before and picked up at 6 p.m. the next day. A deaf person could hear this front end clunking noise. More
