He was available and capable to answer any questions we had and was very communicative throughout the process. There was NO nonsense nor excuses--Josh listened to what we wanted and came through on every issue. It is evident that he is enthusiastic about selling cars and providing excellent customer service. We were able to complete our transaction with no frustration and as we left the dealership I said to my husband: 'I didn't feel like we wasted a single minute in there!' This has not been our experience at some other dealerships and so we know that the McGee management knows what customers want and hires employees who deliver. Thank you, Josh: your attention to detail, listening skills, and excellent manners will see you go far! P.S. Not incidentally, the service department manager, Johnny Aremburg, went out of his way to ensure some of our 'bells and whistles' were installed in record time and by qualified techs--very nice service department as well as sales at McGee Toyota of Claremont!
