I wanted to buy a car quickly without hassle. I sent an internet RFQ out to 20 dealerships for various makes and models. Jeanine, of Beau Townsend, was the first to respond with an actual quote. All the other dealerships responded with come-ons. Jeanine gave me the list price, the inventory number of the car, and the Beau Townsend price. Exactly what I wanted. No nonsense. She set up an appointment for me with Johnny the next day. Johnny assured me they had plenty of cars in many colors at the quoted price. I drove two different colors and settled on a white Focus. Because Jeanine gave me the quote that I wanted, and Johnny backed it up, and the car is a great car, I had no reason to shop other cars or dealerships. Within an hour, I had the car that I wanted. It was the best car shopping experience I have ever had. Even Chris, the business manager was very thoughtful and friendly, explaining everything about the loan, and the warranty. You folks have got it right. Keep it up and you've got a customer for life. More

Customer service, quality of work, friendliness, overall experience was great. The only negative about the sale was that not all of the staff are aware of Ford Motor's purchasing incentives. For example, I am a part time student at Sinclair Community College and was not aware of the $500.00 Student Bonus until after I purchased my vehicle. I contacted Johnny to work out getting the 500.00 Student Bonus that I believe is owed to me. More

It was very hard for me to walk onto a Ford dealerships lot being from a GM familiy. But seeing how GM has done their employees I had to move on. I researched many different vehicles and found the Escape a lot being from a GM familiy. But seeing how GM has done their employees I had to move on. I researched many different vehicles and found the Escape and found out as much as I could about it and went to your dealership. I thought I would be going to test drive and move on but as soon as I met Johnny we clicked I liked him because he was not to pushy and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I was amazed at the number of vehicles you had on your lot. I had printed out a car that I saw on line from your inventory I showed it to Johnny and he went right to it. I drove the car and loved it and when I came back we made the deal. Since I bought the car he called me to find out if there were any problems or issues and I told him I'm having problems with the Bluetooth and I'm coming in to meet with him and another salesman to figure it out. I feel he really is sincere and he isn't there just to make the sale and move on. I'm so happy that I chose Beau Townsend and I chose Ford and I am looking forward to a long relationship with your dealership. I will and have already recommended your dealership. More
