This time it was different: I could not be happier and can only highly recommend Alfa Romeo of Minneapolis. First of all: I am located about 4 hours from them, meaning that all negotiation should happen by email. No problems at all: they offered a very good price for a special order and were honest from the start, with no pressure at all. Brett was really straight forward on what could and what could not be done, on the estimates for the arrival, price and lease offers. The car came on time and they prepared the paperwork for me in advance, in order I did not have to spend ANY time in the F&I office. Just flew in MSP and came back home driving my new car. Johnny was great during the delivery and did not mind spending a good hour explaining all the features of the new Giulia. Overall, my smoothest and most satisfying car buying experience. I hope to do business with them again! More

Every time I have bought a car, I have experienced uncertainty and wariness. Johnny Hoy took the time to get to know me, explore what my needs and requirements were for a car. He, through his incredible people skills, was able to de-escalate the naturally anxious feeling of going in to a car dealership and get me to a comfortable place where I trusted him and truly felt like I had a partner in navigating the morass of car buying. We talked through several models and finally arrived at an option that met all my needs. He carefully navigated me through the purchasing options, making sure i fully understood the process - and moreover, making sure I was COMFORTABLE with those options. Any time I was uncertain, or needed clarification, he slowed down the process until I felt confident with the data and was ready to proceed. I left with a new car that has been fantastic for me - and every day I look at it, I can’t help but think of what a great experience I had because of Johnny Hoy. He truly understands how to treat people with dignity and respect. It’s so comforting knowing that gone are the days of stupid high pressure sales tactics like enduring someone saying “So, what do we have to do to put you in that car, today?” Seriously, has that ever worked with ANYONE who has half a brain? Johnny went the extra mile and helped me track down the exact car I was searching for in the Luther inventory. He even personally drove over to the other dealership twice to retrieve the car so I could test drive it. I was having a tough time deciding between this car and another Volkswagen with a different drivetrain. Johnny arranged a side-by-side comparison and never once made me feel like I was wasting his time.
