Sales rep smooth talker…then when sale handed over to Sales GM , no longer had interest in future contact it seemed. The promise certain items and dates to receive items kept getting pushed back. Sales Sales GM , no longer had interest in future contact it seemed. The promise certain items and dates to receive items kept getting pushed back. Sales GM said we will take care of you…and we felt taken advantage of. Again , several items we were to receive on the 2020 Santa Fe became an issue. Finally received 2nd key fob almost a month later after calling back several times to both the sales rep and the manager. Sales rep only returned two calls and ignored text/emails sent. At least sales GM called back but kept promising to follow up, which was slow. Felt like the sale was done and oh well on the promises. (Owners manual and driver side door card) The card and paint is damaged and neither sales person acted shocked. It was found that the car had a prior attempted break in and the door panel and inside latch area were not repaired. NO mention of break in attempt was said by sales personnel. Both sales personnel, when asked about the 10yr/100k warranty left (car had 37k), stated it was good. Then both acted surprised when we found out the truth. The finance mgr later told us that NO it was no longer honored. We would have to re-purchase a warranty to cover the remaining time/mileage. Also, the dealership markups we’re in stone according to the finance mgr. He stated that the sales manager would probably NOT budge on the price. He asked, he said, and it was a non negotiable list. I should of walked away from the deal that was offered looking back. That’s no me. I just thought you should know what took place and that I can’t in good faith recommend any of your dealerships. My experience with this dealership was the worst I ever experienced. I have been buying car from this location for about 20 years, never again. Salesman and sales manager are typical fast talking price cha experienced. I have been buying car from this location for about 20 years, never again. Salesman and sales manager are typical fast talking price changing people. The financing person Scott talked me into a warranty without going over the real price. I did stupidly sign for it without fully understanding it. When I finally got them to correct it, my interest rate went up almost 3%. Stay away from Jenkins! More
