This dealership is really great! I bought a car here though I lived quite a distance away. I have found that they go the extra mile for their customers. The floor mats were missing I bought a car here though I lived quite a distance away. I have found that they go the extra mile for their customers. The floor mats were missing so they ordered a new set (and installed them at a later date when I had stopped to pick them up)….. It would have been easier for them to just hand them to me and send me on my way. Instead, they installed them (I am an 81 yr old female but did not ask them to do this). I mentioned a problem I had had with service on my trip up to see family and they rushed service for me to check to ensure the issue was handled sufficiently by the other location’s service agency. Needless to say I am loving my car and this dealership!!! A big “Thank you” to all of the service dept.,Tim (salesman), all of the others that helped me on 8/28/26, and, finally, Russell (owner/leader) who sets the standards of customer service! More
