When someone becomes pushy I quit looking at their emails. He did not bombard us with emails but sent cars that fit within what we were looking for. He found one that interested us even though it wasn’t a hybrid and we went and test drove it. We had a wonderful experience there at the dealership as well as working with him. Even the young man we signed call the financial papers with at the end couldn’t have been more pleasant, helpful and enjoyable. It was a great experience all around!! I would highly recommend this Lexus dealership and most especially Johnny as your sales person. You will not be disappointed! More

This is our 2nd vehicle purchased at this dealership. Mary remembered when she worked with us for a GX 460 that we were interested in new LX vehicle. Johnny showed the same professionalism as Mary and was just as helpful and knowledgeable on the new vehicles. Johnny helped us along with Adam in the finance department. These two-2 gentlemen were thorough in getting all the paperwork and details prepared and sorted out; they got the trade in (tag, & title) switched over and they got us in/out of the dealership since we are not big fans of the "pomp and circumstance". Johnny took the time to set up the new Lexus app which was a challenge. He has followed up providing excellent customer service. More
