I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. This is the most unproffesional dealership I have every been to in my life. I went to purchase a car with my husband and was giving a price and it was on a the most unproffesional dealership I have every been to in my life. I went to purchase a car with my husband and was giving a price and it was on a Sunday afternoon. They sales person I dealt with was very nice and and gave me a pricing a vehicle . I called him at 10:00 in the morning to let him know that I wanted to move forward with the deal and he said he would call me back in 10 minutes but never did. I landed up calling at 2:30 pm in the afternoon only to be told that they sold the care that I specifically told them I wanted to purchased. The managers are very unprofessional did not do anything to try to make this right. They don't care about customer nor customers loyalty. This is no way to do business. I though Lexus was a serious company to deal with. The sales manager basically told me oh well sorry there is nothing I can do!! Very unprofessional maybe needs to fire all the managers and get people who actually care of the company and there customers I give this company a 0 in customer service. Carlos Vallejo is the manager I have dealt with. I have reason to believe that that this dealership has dicrimanation against latino people because I guess my money meant nothing to them. When I called at 10 am in the morning to let them know I wanted to buy the car. After waiting the hold day I spoke to the manager and he told me he sold the car to another customer for more money?? I quote he said well if you had a chance to make more money on a deal wouldn't you take it. Wow!!! I was shocked. This manager should be fired just for this remark. This dealership is not doing anything to make the situation better. It is very unfair that they choose to deal with a certain kind of person. I would not want a prejudice person working at my dealership. His only concern is how much he can rip off people apparently. More

I was very impressed with my buying experience with Johnny. He made everything so simple and I got exactly what I wanted. I drove over from Orlando to pick up my car and I was waiting for them to try t Johnny. He made everything so simple and I got exactly what I wanted. I drove over from Orlando to pick up my car and I was waiting for them to try to change something that we agreed to, over the phone, or try to pressure me into adding something on- but none of that happened. It was definitely the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Thank you Johnny and Adam. More

Absolute worst car shopping experience I have ever experienced. Least accomodating business in Tampa Bay. Unwilling to provide an offsite test drive of a preowned vehicle. Salesman had no sense of urgency and unwilling to take my requests to the manager. Top-Tier Dealer This is the first time I have ever had a car-buying experience that was extremely pleasant and positive from start to finish. My first contact with th This is the first time I have ever had a car-buying experience that was extremely pleasant and positive from start to finish. My first contact with the dealership was online to obtain information on a used car they offered for sale, which I found via the CarGurus website. I made my inquiry late in the evening and salesman Johnny Millaway texted and emailed me the next morning with details on the vehicle, including photos, model brochure, spec details, and CarFax report. I contacted Johnny to arrange to come see the vehicle, but was unable to come to see it until two days later. Fortunately, the car was still available. My husband and I met Johnny at the dealership, where he showed us the car and pointed out some basics. My husband and I then took it out for a test drive and I came back with a big smile and told Johnny I definitely wished to purchase the car. Johnny went above and beyond to make everything work out and after meeting further with him to finalize the sale, I then met with the closing manager to complete the paperwork, much of which was done electronically. At no point did I feel pressured to add on all sorts off things, which has been my experience at every previous dealership when purchasing a car. FYI, due to the Covid-19 situation, the dealership had all types of safety precautions in place, including hand sanitizer all around and wiping down the cars each time someone was in one. Just before leaving to head home, Johnny helped me pair my iPhone with my new car and then I was on my way home -- a very pleased customer. I highly recommend this dealership. More
