First of of all I was met by Johnny who simply asked "have you purchased a Lexus before" and with out any pressure advised me of the many options of purchase, lease, model, etc. He patiently let me drive both new and used SUV's and Sedans. I honestly thought I was taking advantage of his time as I continued to test drive 6 different automobiles. He reassured me and made feel like he had all the time in the world. Best experience ever! I was told to make sure I look into Lexus of Wesley Chapel as it was a hidden gem. I made calls and left emails with 5 different dealers around Flori I was told to make sure I look into Lexus of Wesley Chapel as it was a hidden gem. I made calls and left emails with 5 different dealers around Florida. This Lexus dealership went out of they’re way to make sure and reach me to make sure they could answer any of my questions. Not only did they answer my questions but they had the right car and best price. I was there with my wife and 3 boys which could of been disastrous but they had complimentary drinks, muffins, croissants etc to make sure all were happy. I highly recommend them without reservation.
