He was not overbearing in any way, yet very helpful in finding the car we wanted. When we arrived at the dealership they had one 2020 car in the color scheme that we wanted. However, we found that it lacked one feature that we needed to have. A car carrier had just arrived at the dealership and he checked the inventory and found that they did have the make and model car we wanted, in the color we wanted, and it had all of the accessories that we wanted. The salesman, as well as all the other personnel that we interfaced with, were a ll very pleasant and helpful. The financial paperwork was handled very efficiently by Lily Do, who we found to be exceptionally friendly, courteous and professional. We also enjoyed the concierge area where we waited for the car to be prepped, where the coffee and pastries were very tasty. All in all, I would never consider going to a different dealership again as this was the best experience we've ever had at a new car dealership. I give Wesley Chapel Lexus five stars. More

He listened to how I wanted to communicate and was open and honest through the process and was trying to help me find solutions to what I was looking for. Because of that I drove 90 miles to buy from him when I have 2 Lexus dealerships within 20 miles from me, but they would not listen. More

No pressure to buy, viewed the models we wanted to see that were already on the showroom floor. Johnny located one on the lot that filled our “wishes” and we took a test drive in it. We wanted to downsize on the number of autos we already had, mission accomplished. In a matter of a few hours we traded in a ‘10 BWM, a ‘13 Lexus and a ‘17 Toyota and drlove off the lot in a new ‘19 luxury pkg 350 RX. Paperwork for three trade-Ins and the purchase of the new car was professionally handled by our financial person, Lilly. Looking forward to a continuing relationship with Lexus Chapel.👍🏻 More

While awaiting a written offer - it was assumed and openly discussed there was no damage on the vehicle. None listed on written packet provided on email. However, after a thorough walk around of the outside of the vehicle a horizontal shaped cut/puncture was discovered on the front left bumper. It was incorrectly fixed to the point the repair was visible through white paint (pink/salmon colored). After being brought to attention of sales person - sales person was caught off guard. Days later, an automatic price notification was received with the listed price of the vehicle going up about $900.00. Do not trust meaning of so called 161 point “L Certified” labeling all over the vehicle. CHECK VEHICLE WITH A MAGNIFYING GLASS - if you must. More
