He took the time to learn exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle and then ran all over the dealership parking lots to track down the right vehicles for me to try. He has a fantastic knowledge of the Lexus lineup and will give you an honest answers to your questions. He also kept the sales experience very low pressure and put together a great deal. I also had a great experience working with Adam Vassios in finance when it was time to close the deal and go through all the paper work. I highly recommend Johnny, Adam and this dealership. More

Our experience at The Lexus of Wesley Chapel dealership far exceeded our expectations. It is family owned, and we were treated like family the whole time we were there. This bright, new store offers comfort and indulgent hospitality. The icing on the cake for us was Johnny -- who brings a new level of service and support to car buying. He provided us with options and knowledge and understanding, delivered without pressure. His calm, caring demeanor and his genuine interest in meeting our needs/wants place him in a category by himself. Johnny turned the often dreaded task of car buying into a delightful experience. Chad in the finance department provided outstanding customer service -- again with knowledge and without pressure.
