I was in the market for a vehicle because I was hired after a long layoff. I went into another dealership that tried to sell me a new car that was yet to arrive and wanted to charge me a 7500.00 market a after a long layoff. I went into another dealership that tried to sell me a new car that was yet to arrive and wanted to charge me a 7500.00 market adjustment on a base model Rav4. That was ridiculous, so I called Johnny Stimax because I was under a time crunch. He told me they did not charge a market adjustment and had a couple of cars coming in within the week. When he found out that the vehicles due to arrive weren't going to be there in time before my start date, he contacted another dealership that had them and brought the car in. He called me to let me know once he had the car. I picked it up the next day, AND I was in and out in less than an hour. Kudos to John in the financing department as well. Johnny was FANTASTIC!! It's nice to know some businesses are not gouging customers in this tight automobile market!! Johnny and Pat Lobb Toyota have earned my business More
