I was overall very pleased with financing and my buying experience in general. For that reason I think it's a shame what happened next. I regretfully got the address wrong for my registration. My fault because I misunderstood Leah the finance manager through all the things I signed but when I called back 2 days later after realizing my mistake she was very rude. Reminded me how it was my fault and said I would have to wait for my registration to arrive in the mail before I could change it (which can take a month). The DMV on the other hand said, "go to your dealer, they can help". I think she didn't want to go through the trouble. Johnson on the other hand never returned my call. Guess they're great until they have your money. Then they're horrible. Even if they can't help me they could at LEAST BE NICE. And return my call. More

Long story short The car was advertised at 29k miles It had over 30K when I saw it. The car was dirty when I test drove and was still dirty when I bought it and has stained seat that I only noticed when I got to Miami The car was from a SMOKER. The closing went OK except none of the above were disclosed. More
