Would have given a 5 if we were not tricked in financing Johnson Emannuel was awesome. Reason why we did not give a 5 star, we specifically asked for a finance term of 60 months term. Our mistake was not Johnson Emannuel was awesome. Reason why we did not give a 5 star, we specifically asked for a finance term of 60 months term. Our mistake was not to review the papers when signed, but with the back and forth, we were not thorough in checking. When we got home we realized they financed our purchase at 63 months. More

Great up until.. Johnson was very nice and showed me about 4 vehicles before I made my choice and price felt like it was no haggle since I went through the Costco buyi Johnson was very nice and showed me about 4 vehicles before I made my choice and price felt like it was no haggle since I went through the Costco buying program. I was overall very pleased with financing and my buying experience in general. For that reason I think it's a shame what happened next. I regretfully got the address wrong for my registration. My fault because I misunderstood Leah the finance manager through all the things I signed but when I called back 2 days later after realizing my mistake she was very rude. Reminded me how it was my fault and said I would have to wait for my registration to arrive in the mail before I could change it (which can take a month). The DMV on the other hand said, "go to your dealer, they can help". I think she didn't want to go through the trouble. Johnson on the other hand never returned my call. Guess they're great until they have your money. Then they're horrible. Even if they can't help me they could at LEAST BE NICE. And return my call. More

Not very transparent I contacted the Salesman the day before about a specific car and made the appointment to see it. I called him to confirm that I was on my way from Sou I contacted the Salesman the day before about a specific car and made the appointment to see it. I called him to confirm that I was on my way from South Miami. When I arrived at the dealership the car was not ready. I asked if this car was a loaner and the salesman would deflect the answer. Long story short The car was advertised at 29k miles It had over 30K when I saw it. The car was dirty when I test drove and was still dirty when I bought it and has stained seat that I only noticed when I got to Miami The car was from a SMOKER. The closing went OK except none of the above were disclosed. More
