And when taking delivery, there was an insurance desk where they demanded that I call my insurance company to update my purchase on the spot. Unacceptable - never been ordered to do that in my history of buying vehicles. More

About 3k cheaper than any major dealer in town. As soon as I walked threw the doors I was pleasantly greeted and because I made an appointment our salesman Dairo was ready and waiting to help us. He was incredibly helpful, very friendly and almost made me forget I was at a dealership. We went for a test drive and I fell in love with my new used car. I never thought I would go to a dealership without having to haggle the price. The car was sold way below kbb pricing! I'm impressed to say the least. Alex was my salesman and he was great from start to finish. He put my concerns first. I will be recommending him to all my friends and family. He even delivered my car to my house because I had to go pick up my kids from school. I didn’t buy a luxury car either so I think it’s important to note that I was just a regular customer. The entire management staff greeted me when I returned and they each took the time to make sure everything was going smoothly. To top it off, I FOUND THE CAR I WANTED AT THE BEST PRICE IN ORLANDO! 10 out of 10!!! Thank you Alex and the rest of the H Greg staff for everything. More
