Extremely grateful! I went to Honda Cerritos after being referred by a family member. I had never owned a Honda so I didn't know where to start. A month prior, that family member had such a great experience with Jojo Bayas, that they told me to go and look for him specifically. I called in to make an appointment, and from there. everything was just such a smooth transition. Jojo made the entire process quick and painless, and his patience was awesome. Jojo showed me various models and explained specs of each and what would work best for my needs. After thinking I had found my choice, I changed my mind again and decided on a different model - and despite that, the process was seamless from start to finish. All I had to do was show up and sign. Everyone at the dealership was very accommodating, and handled all matters professionally. Follow through was on point as well. I will definitely do more business with Honda Cerritos because of Jojo's professionalism and customer focused service. More

He took the time to ask me questions and give me comparisons of models and features to consider. I traded my 2012 Subaru Outback for a 2018 Honda CRV. My CRV is stylish, versatile, and the technology Honda has come up with is amazing. When we went over numbers, Jojo worked hard to get the down payment and monthly to where I needed it to be. Honda Family Jojo has truly turned my family into a Honda family. A few years ago I had bad credit and I was always hoping to get a car from Jojo since the rest of Jojo has truly turned my family into a Honda family. A few years ago I had bad credit and I was always hoping to get a car from Jojo since the rest of the family kept getting new cars. I would call Jojo and he would say, okay just come in and I'll try to help you. I think twice he told me to come back next year when my credit was better and to not lose hope. I would get so sad leaving the dealership. One year, I was able to fix my credit and called Jojo. He's always happy to hear from me. He said to come on in and he'll try to help me again. We were so happy that I was able to get approved and walked out of the dealership with a car. I almost cried. Fast forward... now that my credit is better from making on time payments from the first car I got from Jojo, I was able to get a new 2017 Civic Si for my husband and recently I got the new 2018 Hona Accord Sport 2.0T. Jojo always tries to do everything he can for you and he's also sincerely happy that he is able to get you a car. Thank you Jojo for everything you do! More
