Not only did he make the car buying experience pleasant, he made me laugh the entire time. And like everyone knows, purchasing a car is not a quick process. I gave him a hard time with the tinted windows, but he gave me everything I wanted on my CRV and I'm so happy with my car!!!! He also followed up with me the day after I purchased my car to see if had any questions about my new car and told me it was a pleasure working with me. No other car dealer has ever done that. Awesome Experience! Norm Reeves Honda was my 6th Honda dealer I went to in 10 days. The amazing experience started already when I drove onto the lot. Joao saw me parking Norm Reeves Honda was my 6th Honda dealer I went to in 10 days. The amazing experience started already when I drove onto the lot. Joao saw me parking and came right to my car. After a few minutes he totally understood what I was looking for. So we started with my lowest offer I got thus far for an Accord and we went from there. After some negotiation with him and his boss, I bought the car on the spot! The buying experience was just amazing. He always had my best interest in mind and even while I was waiting to sign the paperwork, he always stopped by to see if I needed anything. Hands down the best experience I had during my visit to 18 dealerships in SoCal. Since I bought the car, Jojo has already checked in with me multiple times just to make sure everything is well and if I had any further questions. Just a wonderful experience!
