He was patient with the multitude of questions and concerns we threw at him. He even accommodated our four year old son and was patient and playful with him. It was a comfortable and clean dealership and employees seemed very busy with no slacking attitudeds detected with whom ever I came in contact with. My saleman Jojo, was in point, it was a very hot and humid day and Jojo was very attentive. I was interested in a CRV or Accord as a second choice. He walked me around and showed me only what I was interested in. Must have looked at 10 vehicles or more. Jojo was very professional and just right with his salesmanship. The next day, I received a phone call from Jojo askiing if I had any questions and thanking me. Cant complain about the service and vehicle selections. More

Not only did he make the car buying experience pleasant, he made me laugh the entire time. And like everyone knows, purchasing a car is not a quick process. I gave him a hard time with the tinted windows, but he gave me everything I wanted on my CRV and I'm so happy with my car!!!! Awesome Experience! Norm Reeves Honda was my 6th Honda dealer I went to in 10 days. The amazing experience started already when I drove onto the lot. Joao saw me parking Norm Reeves Honda was my 6th Honda dealer I went to in 10 days. The amazing experience started already when I drove onto the lot. Joao saw me parking and came right to my car. After a few minutes he totally understood what I was looking for. So we started with my lowest offer I got thus far for an Accord and we went from there. After some negotiation with him and his boss, I bought the car on the spot! The buying experience was just amazing. He always had my best interest in mind and even while I was waiting to sign the paperwork, he always stopped by to see if I needed anything. Hands down the best experience I had during my visit to 18 dealerships in SoCal. Since I bought the car, Jojo has already checked in with me multiple times just to make sure everything is well and if I had any further questions. Just a wonderful experience!
