"A tailored Experience and a fantastic Resut at Findlay Lincoln." I recently took delivery of my Lincoln Aviator Reserve II, special ordered through Findlay Lincoln in Henderson, NV, and I'm compelled Lincoln." I recently took delivery of my Lincoln Aviator Reserve II, special ordered through Findlay Lincoln in Henderson, NV, and I'm compelled to share what turned out to be a uniquely personal, high-touch buying experience. Sales and Leasing Consultant Carey Rodgers was first to impress me-he suggested a color combination I hadn't considered, introducing me to the "Jet Package," which replaces exterior chrome with sleek black trim. It completely transformed the vehicle's look and was exactly the elevated aesthetic I didn't know I wanted. Carey worked with precision and patience, ensuring every detail of my special order was optioned to my specifications. His knowledge and commitment were clear through out the experience. Behind the scenes and in the negotiation process, Sales and Leasing Manager Jeff Gilbert played a major role. While Jeff and I had spirited exchanges as negotiations progressed, we stayed professional and ultimately reached an agreement we were both excited about. 88 days after I had placed my order, Carey called with the line I has been waiting for: "Isaac you car is here. We're taking it off the truck now." When do you want to come see it? Due to a packed schedule, I came in a week later to finalize the purchase. Jeff and I had another heated discussion around my requests, and once again, we landed on an OTD (Out-the-door) price we could both stand behind. Carey made delivery day smooth and informative-he took his time walking me through the vehicle's many features, ensuring I was confident in the handoff. Though I've on driven the car 4 miles so far due to other commitments, I can say this: I'm completely satisfied with my experience at Findlay Lincoln. Carey and Jeff brought professionalism, personality, and persistence to the table-and it all led to an exceptional outcome. If you're looking for a team that takes your preferences seriously-I highly recommend Findlay Lincoln. More
