I's a privilege to write a review of this dealership as they have wonderful employees like Nathan Ures and Chealsea Deplitch. Nathan is deserving of extra kudos as he actually got us to our home on the first night we arrived at the end of our road after we stopped at the mail boxes. It was dark and we needed his patient guidance to restart the car and finally get us home. Nathan has since helped us twice more as we were still experiencing a bit of difficulty with the startup routine. It must be noted that we are elderly seniors so having a trusted employed to guide us is invaluable. Nathan is our "touchstone" kind of guy! We are looking forward to our 2nd helpful appointment with Chealsea this Friday as we still have so much to learn about how the Subaru actually runs. It took us awhile to figure out how to open the gas flap when we were getting low even after reading the very large manual. It wasn't until I opened the driver's door that the light shown on the panel so I could see spot to touch. Also, there was Michael Hanson who helped guide us to the area to have the car checked out. We found Michael Hanson to be the friendliest gentleman and we look forward to seeing him in the future. Finally, there was Mr. Cooper who handled the financing and Lauren who checked our insurance paperwork. We wish to thank whoever is hiring these employees as they are superior to any we have found in other dealerships over the past decades and we have been so many! More

They are BBB accredited, best reason, loaner while serviced, clean, friendly atmosphere. Vehicle in for Data System Update and other requested services. I noticed the VIN was off by a letter, "N" not serviced, clean, friendly atmosphere. Vehicle in for Data System Update and other requested services. I noticed the VIN was off by a letter, "N" not "T", asked advisor if that was the reason for overnight, reply was "NO". Advisor asked for a picture of the VIN so that correction on service of correct vehicle. Loaner was nice. More
