I am so very pleased with the professionalism of the staff both in sales and in service. After purchasing my vehicle, I had a nail in my tire, and they quickly took care of it for me, even without an ap staff both in sales and in service. Buying a brand new 2023 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, Blue trim, I was provided a damaged and dirty car, the car was not checked in (a 1-2 hour process) until after I signed all of the paperwork for the vehicle. I I was provided a damaged and dirty car, the car was not checked in (a 1-2 hour process) until after I signed all of the paperwork for the vehicle. I brought up some of the issues with the vehicle and the sales rep said “… Please don't rate me badly in the survey if you could ill make sure you're taken care of!” I eventually had to call the sales manager, of whom the sales rep never told about any of the issues I had with my vehicle. I should have never been sold my vehicle in the state it is in, and after continued communication with the dealership and Hyundai, it will not get fixed unless of course I spend money fixing issues with a brand new car. All could have been avoided if they had just properly checked in my car in a timely manner. More
