Having been to another dealership in town for other maintenance, I wanted to give PNH a go since it's usually ranked one of the top dealerships in the Having been to another dealership in town for other maintenance, I wanted to give PNH a go since it's usually ranked one of the top dealerships in the nation and reviews seem to be resoundingly positive. I can see why. From the arrival/greeting, to the interaction with the advisors - these folks get what service should be. The waiting area/coffee bar is well-stocked, and the dealership itself is clean with plenty of cars to gander at too. Shout out to Jon G. who was efficient and kept me in the loop (and the coordination of the loaner vehicle was spot-on). I will be back. More
