Their service has improved greatly over 6 or 7 years ago. We still want to receive a list of the things you check when a used vehicle is brought in, and then a list of what was actually done to the truck. I did not have a good experience. The front desk and everyone was as helpful as they could be, but I had to wait five weeks to even get in. Then they weren’t even able to perform the repairs. Partially my fault for not realizing the extent of the damage, but having to wait five weeks to be told they can’t help was extremely frustrating for me. More
