Satisfied customer Buying a new (to you) car can be such a hassle. Especially if you’re particular. I have been searching for an SUV for a few months now with no luck. Buying a new (to you) car can be such a hassle. Especially if you’re particular. I have been searching for an SUV for a few months now with no luck. Mel Hambleton had a few to choose from and 1 that met all my needs. Everyone was very helpful and very friendly. I have to give a special Thank you to Stan as he went above and beyond. No matter how difficult I may have been in negotiating, he was always so polite and professional. Eventually we came to a deal and I am now the happy owner of a spacious SUV. They all gave excellent customer service, from sales to financing to the guys that stayed well after closing to help us switch everything over from our old vehicle to the new one. Thank you More

Leak free Sunroof I purchased a Flex from their east side rivals, and took it in twice to get the sunroof leak repaired. He had been leaking since we bought it. Each ti I purchased a Flex from their east side rivals, and took it in twice to get the sunroof leak repaired. He had been leaking since we bought it. Each time they said it was fixed, and once even said they had replaced the seal. I was tired of taking showers every time I went to the car wash. So we called Scotty, and with only a one word description (sunroof....husbands are so verbose). The tech had found the tear and repaired it. I am so happy to say I haven't got a shower since! This is just one of the many reasons why we will always stay loyal customers. Mel Hambelton has the best service and sales staff. More

Customer service "not so good" Bought a 2016 Subaru WRX with 800 mile on it and they put 2 holes in the front bumper to mount their dealership plate. I drove 600 miles to get this Bought a 2016 Subaru WRX with 800 mile on it and they put 2 holes in the front bumper to mount their dealership plate. I drove 600 miles to get this car. When I called to bring it to their attention Jon Jackson said he would talk to someone about it. Two days pass and I hear nothing. I spoke with Cris Schul and she was trying to find something out as well. Jon called me on the 4/21/16 to tell me that they (GM, and other involved managers) were not going to do anything about it. I drove 600 miles to get this car, I bought it, so I owned it at this point and they put 2 sheet metal screws into the bumper. Jon call and apologized again. Why would you take practically a brand new car and run two screws through the bumper for your advertisement, you ruined the bumper. You would like to think that upper management would use this as a learning tool to not put screws/holes in customers bumpers. Again they offered nothing. Finally I suggested they send me a Subaru license plate holder. So Jon said that he was going to send me a OEM Subaru front license plate holder to at least cover up the holes. Thanks Jon, but I can not say much for upper management in the decision they have made for a "customer" that drove 600 miles to their dealership to buy their car. More
