Jon contacted me while i was in KC and told me he had a customer that was intrested in my f-150 or one similar. He ask if i would be intrested in traiding for a new trk if he cpuld keep my pmts the same. W customer that was intrested in my f-150 or one similar. Jon is a straight forward person and showed me the deal i think i have ever recived from a dealership. When it was all said and done i was driving a new f-150 4x4 and my pmts only went up $39.00. The service department here is second to none also. They always greet you with a smile and bend over backwards to take care of you. That is why 2 months later I contacted jon about a car for my daughter and he made me a deal i couldn't turn down and she is driving a 2012 for escape. I am very happy with Jon and the dealership and will purchase from them again when i need another vehicle More

Jon contacted me to see if I might be interested in trading in my Escape for a newer model. The deal was very straightforward. I was given KBB trade in value right off the bat, in addition to 0% fina trading in my Escape for a newer model. The deal was very straightforward. I was given KBB trade in value right off the bat, in addition to 0% financing. This is the 2nd purchase I have made at MH Ford, and will continue to do business witth them in the future. Jon Jackson was an excellent sales associate, and the finance staff is great as well. I normally hate working with car dealers, but MH Ford is quite the exception. WAY BETTER than Rusty Eck. More

We were politely greeted in passing by a salesperson (Jon Jackson) on the lot. We asked HIM for help locating what I had researched on their (Mel Hambelton) easy to navigate web site. Jon listened. He was very knowledgeable of options, packages, functions, capacities, and availability. He listened to our long list of wants, balanced those against our equally long list of needs and found the vehicle that satisfied both in stock. He delivered us to it, answered many questions, and patiently verified we were satisfied with his answers. He listened. We are very happy with our purchase of a Ford truck. So the truck is prepped and ready to deliver. Jon greets and informs that a demonstration of the truck's electronic capabilities has been arranged. We're a little apprehensive but figure we might learn a few nuggets after suffering through some droning briefing. It wasn't that way at all... Austin explains the basics inside the dealership then invites us to OUR vehicle for hands-on demonstration. For nearly an hour, most every button in the vehicle is repeatedly pushed and cool stuff happens while Austin demonstrates how, why, and when to not to. Lots of laughter and we learned plenty. I love my Ford truck. I feel confident I will be happy taking it to Mel Hambelton for Service. More

Jon called me at work and offered to make us a deal for our 2009 Fusion and help us get a 2012 Fusion. We made an appointment with him and found him to be very friendly and patient in helping us pick out a our 2009 Fusion and help us get a 2012 Fusion. We made an appointment with him and found him to be very friendly and patient in helping us pick out a new car. There was no pressure and he seemed genuinely concerned for our wishes and making the best offer he could. We are happy with the car and the service. We give him an A for effort and courtesy.
