I was truly wowed by not just the facility but the knowledgeable and friendly staff. It was a nice change to not feel like you were being pressured or followed around by sales associates (although I d knowledgeable and friendly staff. My salesperson, Quang was very professional and knowledgeable about all of the cars I looked at and was able to answer all my questions and Jon, the finance person was also great. I purchased a Grand Highlander gas model but had 2nd thoughts about not getting a hybrid. I took advantage of the 30 day exchange policy that Beaver offers and they came through with a car I wanted. It did take a while though since they are in such high demand. I'm happy with what I ended up with. More
