I brought my 2022 Mustang GT Premium here for a routine oil change, but unfortunately, the vehicle's black paint was deeply scratched from the driver-side door to the rear fender during the visit. While the dealership accepted accountability, the initial step of outsourcing the vehicle to a repair shop didn't go smoothly, as the clear coat was accidentally burned through, leaving a hazy section over the scratch. Because a full repaint can complicate a factory finish and affect long-term resale value, we opted to apply a ceramic coating to help protect the surface. While the initial communication and repair process were stressful, I am very grateful to the General Manager, Jon Londono, for personally stepping in to make things right. Management took full accountability and issued a check to cover independent repair costs at a collision center of my choice. I am giving this a 3-star rating to highlight their willingness to provide a fair financial resolution, and I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction in the end.
