Very unhappy regarding my 2018 Sante Fe burning oil, understood my engine was burning oil beyond specs but now being told it isn’t. I now have a case manager and an attorney. I won't ever go back to a Jeff Wyler , Columbia is the only other Hyundai dealer around us. They serviced my daughter's car and told us the issue was a loose battery terminal/junction box. They charged he only other Hyundai dealer around us. They serviced my daughter's car and told us the issue was a loose battery terminal/junction box. They charged her $185 to tighten a battery terminal. The day after getting the car back, she got stranded again because her car wouldn't start. We dropped it back off and they said it was a bad sensor. She was paying for diagnostic testing , this should have been caught the first time they had it. More

This service department is ridiculous. I have had 6 Hyundai's in past and have always been told by your service department that it is essential to get your oil changed at 3500 miles so I b I have had 6 Hyundai's in past and have always been told by your service department that it is essential to get your oil changed at 3500 miles so I brought my new car in for an oil change at 3500 miles and was told I was too early for an oil change and do not need to have it done until 8,000 miles. When I told them that they are the ones who have always insisted it gets done at 3500 miles, they said that is only for older cars and when you are coming in for your "free" oil changes you only have to have your oil changed 3 times in the first 2 years. He said once you use up your 3 free oil changes then you should come in every 3500 miles. Make that make sense. This is why I have always used another garage for my service on my cars and not the dealership service department More
