Our salesperson, Andrew, was beyond professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain all the features and benefits of our new vehicle and often answered questions before we even had to ask them. What really stood out was how much he respected our time and focused on making the process as smooth and efficient as possible. Andrew also went above and beyond by explaining the benefits of purchasing through Infiniti of Norwood, including service options, oil changes, registration assistance, and inspection sticker requirements. As a new customer to the dealership, that information was incredibly valuable and gave me confidence that the relationship wouldn't end after the sale. Just as importantly, Andrew was genuinely personable. He took the time to get to know us and didn't make every conversation about selling a car.
