Service was quick and accurate except out check out. The lady was on her cell. I had to greet her at the payment counter. A smile would have been accepted, but it didn't happen. please and thank you would have been welcome, but....after some silence, after paying, I asked---yes i asked if there was anything else she needed. By the way, while she was processing my payment she went back to paging through her cell phone. More

Both Assistant Service Managers are knowledgeable, friendly & courteous & they along with many other Asst. & head Service Managers make it a point to treat us like family. We have been Conicelli Family Members for over 20yrs & although we love service Conicelli Hyundai & Honda, our favorite by far is Toyota, 5 stars. Thank you all!
