My dealings with the Classic Mazda service personnel are fine. They are thorough and professional. Unfortunately they had to inform me of two rear broken springs on a car with less than 33,000 miles. It is a no recall Mazda design error whose repair should be paid for by Mazda. My case/complaint is under review. To me Mazda was about quality. The problem is never remembered.
