Was confirmed for oil change but didn’t take me after reachi I called service and was told that they will take me if I reach before 5 pm. sales representative waste your time. The sales representative are not sure of their inventory. They double deal - they book the car , take deposit from one customer and sell off the car t The sales representative are not sure of their inventory. They double deal - they book the car , take deposit from one customer and sell off the car to another customer the next day cause he accepted to agree to their price. The representatives call customers saying they have their car ready - make them wait for 3 hours... and then say - the 2014 certified model that you are looking for is not available - would you accept another 2010 model! They have no respect for your time - rather than giving you a straight price they will talk utter BS talking about differences in cars, cultures... travel around the worlk and what not. FYI - the sales representatives boast that they sell more than 500 preowned cars per month! This place is BS -- there are better dealers - smaller in aizebut are much better in respefting your time and their customer service. More

Everyone I spoke to at this dealership was incredibly helpful and actually seemed like they wanted to work with me. I was looking for a reliable vehicle for cheap and actually enjoyed my time in the dealership while making the purchase. I have had 0 problems with my vehicle so far and appreciate what suburban honda has done for me. Jon is a genuinely nice person and I wish him and the rest of the crew the best. I'll be back if I need another car More

Open and honest salesman. I had never purchased a car from a dealership before, and I was hesitant to do so due to a lack of knowledge on my part. I am not a car guy, and did I had never purchased a car from a dealership before, and I was hesitant to do so due to a lack of knowledge on my part. I am not a car guy, and did not have time to do any research, as my car had become undrivable that morning (the drivers seat had fallen through the floor of the vehicle). I needed a new car, and quickly, so I called. Mr. Quick assured me that he would do everything he could to get me in something that day, and set me at ease. I was surprised when I saw Mr. Quick, as it was obvious that he was significantly younger than I had thought while speaking to him on the phone. His professional demeanor and confidence belayed his youth, and to be frank, I was set much more at ease once I realized he was a young man, as opposed to someone who had been selling cars for a long time. His conversations with both personal and honest, and I at no time ever doubted his authenticity or his ability. When I asked him a question that he did not know the answer to, he responded honestly and then made every attempt to discover the answer, which was refreshing, as I deal with many people who are afraid to admit when they do not know something. I am very happy with my visit and would recommend Jonathan Quick to my friends. Thank you. More
