My experience was good. I tried to pay with a coupon that had expired, and the cashier would not honor it. I thought the customer was right, and should have been accepted. I I tried to pay with a coupon that had expired, and the cashier would not honor it. I thought the customer was right, and should have been accepted. It was only $10 off the bill. That would have shown good customer service. Lynn Layton is a multi million company that could not accept a $10 coupon. Make it make sense. More
