Detailed, quality service We have been debating about getting a new car since Nov. and was referred to Jon Shoop by a friend. He reached out to us but did not stalk us about bu We have been debating about getting a new car since Nov. and was referred to Jon Shoop by a friend. He reached out to us but did not stalk us about buying a car (which we liked). We were hoping to wait until Sept. but finally had enough of our current vehicle when the check engine light and other warnings came right after an oil change. Enough was enough and Jon was able to work with us and put us in a truck we had been looking at. We had a variety of options and checked out 4 vehicles before finally settling on a 2017 Chevy Silverado. He gave us time when we asked for it and never felt pushy. Would recommend him to other shoppers. More

I contacted my sales rep (Jon Shoop) via the dealership web site. Through e-mails I provided information on what I was looking for. Jon took the time to research and provide me with an e-mail of vehicles that met my request. An appointment was set. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Jon and he was prepared. There was no pressure and he provided me with a good deal the first time. Once into the process of purchasing, the rest of the associates were just as prepared, sincere and professional. More
