Great Service, Price, and Selection. Steve Arnold went above and beyond our expectations for our new 2014 Fusion SE Ecoboost. They worked with us on every aspect of our purchase/trade-in. The Game Changer ... !!! On Friday night, it started out as a little sneak peak online for a used car. A trip to CarMax on Saturday ended in a 6 hour hostage situation where w On Friday night, it started out as a little sneak peak online for a used car. A trip to CarMax on Saturday ended in a 6 hour hostage situation where we almost purchased a car that we didn't want to even test drive much less drive on a daily basis just so we could leave. You've been there and you know what I'm talking about ... By then, we finally decided to visit the idea of a new car. A little road trip out to Fredericksburg where the dealership wasn't even opened on a Sunday. After a few phones calls on Monday, we left work and visited a Chantilly dealership. We were promised the car we wanted for the price we wanted, then after sitting in the hot seat for hours, we were told our request was unreasonable. It was the same request that we had when we arrived, so I am not sure what changed except we wasted three hours of our time. The entire weekend was wasted and the week ahead didn't look too optimistic. We felt defeated. We knew what vehicle what we wanted, we knew what we needed ... we continued to research our options and contacted Koons. After few email exchanges with Steve Arnold - we decided to go car shopping one more time. We arrived at Koons at 7 pm on Tuesday evening. By 9:30ish, we were driving a car home that we love!! Steve did not make us broken promises. He didn't take up our time trying to sell us something that we had to settle for. He did not treat us like a number. He took the time to listen to our wants and our needs. We were not stressed. We were excited about our car shopping experience when we were at their dealership. We left in our 2015 Ford Explorer with every intention of building a long term relationship with Steve Arnold and the team at Koons Ford. Many, many thanks to each of you! Matt & Tina More

Fantastic Service As soon as I walked up to the entrance I was greeted by warm and friendly employees. No quick sales pitches, no lines, just a "hello" and "how may I h As soon as I walked up to the entrance I was greeted by warm and friendly employees. No quick sales pitches, no lines, just a "hello" and "how may I help you?". I told them I had an appointment with Shane Sonner and they took me to his desk where I waited only a few minutes before he came right over. He greeted my friend and I warmly and prepared for action. Going off of my very limited description of the Ford Fusion Hybrid I was looking for, he had a lineup of a couple of cars however he had one that he was particularly excited to show. At first I was unsure. The color wasn't exactly what I really go for but I was open and to be honest, the color in the sun is one of a kind. Within ten minutes we were out on the road, just me and the person I took with me while my trade was being assessed. Drove back and I knew that the car was right for me. After asking him an array of questions we were set to start talking about pricing. I was set on not walking out with a car. However, the customer service we were given by Shane, Jon, and Earl was beyond anything I was expecting. They met my price; a price I set for myself to act on it now. They met every request I made of them and in the end they earned my business. Its not often you can honestly say you were wowed but I was. I didn't feel like I was part of a sales pitch or hustled into buying a car. I made a demand for them to meet and they met it. What else could I do but buy the car. I will be going back in the future and I will praise their service for years to come. More

I visited Koons Ford approximately 2 months ago and at that time I was turned down because of not having a good credit rating. I left discouraged and then I received a letter from Capital One that said I that time I was turned down because of not having a good credit rating. I left discouraged and then I received a letter from Capital One that said I had been preapproved for up to $30,000. I went back to Koons and talked with Steve Arnold for the second time and he and his manager made it happen. I am proud to say that I got the car I wanted with a 3.9 interest rate and gave me a monthly car note that I can live with comfortably. More
