While I found a solid truck and had a generally friendly experience, the whole process was very unorganized. The first day I went in, there were issues getting keys to one truck so had to come back another experience, the whole process was very unorganized. The first day I went in, there were issues getting keys to one truck so had to come back another day. The trucks wouldn’t start due to bad batteries. I tried asking the manager questions about certain items that came up in their inspection and he gave zero additional detail, very unhelpful. I ending up buying the truck and agreed to pick it up at 9am the next day - it wasn’t ready until after 10. More
