The service department is very rude and could care less about you or your time. There is zero communication from them about the status of the repairs being made. Plus even if you are waiting on your vehicl about you or your time. There is zero communication from them about the status of the repairs being made. Plus even if you are waiting on your vehicle they’ll just stop and leave for lunch and not bother telling you that it will happen or that it will add an hour or more onto your wait. Very unprofessional. Will not go back to Cobb County Toyota for service. More
