Now that was the Porsche buying experience that I was looking for!!! Major props to Porsche Ontario for setting the standard. (Shame on their “competition”. To quote Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, “B looking for!!! Major props to Porsche Ontario for setting the standard. (Shame on their “competition”. To quote Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, “Big mistake. Big. Huge.”) From the first outreach via email, to the exploration and scheduling via text with Marcos and Angel, to the test drives and further exploration with JB, and finally, the meeting with Michael in Finance. Every encounter was beyond expectations. Every employee perfectly represented Porsche excellence and attention to every detail. The final detail, the delivery of my car in a beautifully lit “studio”. I drove out of that studio, after dropping a lot of cash on a car, with the biggest smile on my face. Still smiling now😁 More

This is the second vehicle I’ve bought from this dealership. The first was a Cayenne a year ago, and now most recently, a 911. I don’t normally leave many reviews, but these folks are so good tha dealership. The first was a Cayenne a year ago, and now most recently, a 911. My low rating of this dealership is based solely on my interactions with JB salesperson I exchanged emails regarding a used 911. Personally, I felt JB's response to my questions about the 911 were slight interactions with JB salesperson I exchanged emails regarding a used 911. Personally, I felt JB's response to my questions about the 911 were slightly condescending. In fairness, I can honestly say that JB was professional and polite. JB wasn't rude or disrespectful. I just felt that after reading his email that I wouldn't choose to purchase from him at Porsche Ontario. The responses to my concerns were quickly and professionally responded to by several associates and even the general manager. I believe that Porsche Ontario and it's staff are amazing and professional. I just had a slightly less than Porsche perfect experience with only 1 employee , JB. All of my interactions with this dealership were documented emails with JB , and the GM , and his assistant. The Dealership's response below asking for a phone call when they have our emails, is an attempt to get my review pulled from cars com and here. Thank you for responding More
