Customer Service My first experience was, I think, not taken seriously. My husband and I came to buy a truck and while waiting for our $49000 check to clear, told the rep (KO) that we would come back the following week to find that our visit was not in the system nor did we receive a courtesy call for our visit the week before. However after much help from the new sales rep (RM) and the service given we decided to stay and purchase our vehicle putting a $30000 down payment as mentioned previously. I think everyone deserves a chance if curiosity rather taken seriously or not. Thanks More

Repairs are Way too expensive for me!! Even though the services were way too high and I decided to take my car out and bring it to another mechanic it does not change the fact that Jonathan Even though the services were way too high and I decided to take my car out and bring it to another mechanic it does not change the fact that Jonathan was so wonderful and explained everything to me he was caring and kind and I would recommend him 10 out of 10 times to anyone who brought their car to Grieco Chevrolet. Not the good price I went for service and a trailer hitch mounted. The parts department told me $500 in total ( parts and labor ), I paid the parts 2 weeks before the ap I went for service and a trailer hitch mounted. The parts department told me $500 in total ( parts and labor ), I paid the parts 2 weeks before the appointment ($375) and was ready for the $125 more but Jonathan told me it’s $280 more plus tax ! Not very professional, and I needed the hitch so I paid. I will also expect a car wash as all the European dealers do but no. Not a good experience. More

at least you told me what I had to do I paid $160 to have my check engine light looked at and then they told me it would cost $410 to get a part replaced which I bought and did myself for I paid $160 to have my check engine light looked at and then they told me it would cost $410 to get a part replaced which I bought and did myself for $60 including one-day shipping. Not to mention I had to go back in and get them to tell me what exactly needed replacing because the 5-page invoice didn’t say. Now I know why they say don’t take your car to a dealership because they’re a bunch of xxxxing hustlers. More
