Service Having bought our Quest early December we had excellent service from Jonathan, Internet Sales Manager. One issue arose about the second key which was not made available right away and had to be ordered by the Parts department. The replacement was approved but not without some strong talk as if we had been responsible for the missing key. My negative review relates to an incident about a missing console between the rear (second row) seats. This is a removable console for 2 coffee cups and a medium size compartment. We discovered that it was missing just recently and further discovered that the latch that supports the console and locks it on the floor was also missing. This latch is obviously attached with 4 nuts and bolts requiring tooling to take out if necessary. Both parts being missing, it left 4 small holes (dime size) in the carpet and the body. We took the car back to speak with both service and sales and after a lot of hagling, no replacement was offered. We were, politely but firmly and unequivocally that it was our fault. We whould have known , should have looked when we bought the car. This is a $183 conssole so not really a big deal (although the price online at Nissan USA is 30% cheaper than at this Nissan Dealership!!) But the attitude and lack of willingness to further assist including the sales manager, left us with a very poor feeling. The reason we spoke to the service staff was because we had a carwash done a coulpe weeks back and thought the console could have been taken out during that time. Which later proved to not be the case. So, conclusion: Buyer beware! More

Very courteous, very friendly, and very helpful and they also offer the Costco member discount, which really made the 'haggling' process so much easier. I plan to go back for my next car there as well !! More

Don't go there!!! No One EVER EVER go to the Nissan dealership in Stockton. I have never had such a bad experience. We went there to buy My husbands first car. We were excited, I wanted to make sure it would be a good experience and we had looked at all our options. He had actually visited the dealership before to test drive. we spent over 4 hours there. The car was quoted in 3 different advertisements at 3 different prices. We negotiated a price, we only wanted 60 months and nothing above 4%. Then they gave me 14%, Then 9 % and then 8%. Finally we realized that we weren't happy with the terms and wanted to leave to think about it. We get a call this morning that we "magically" got 3.9% and the package we wanted and they would drive it to our home and we could sign the papers. So we rearranged our day, missed events that were planned and they arrived at 3 with the car and paperwork. As My husband is calling the insurance company I began to read all the paperwork and sign. Then I see that the numbers are wrong, they made the car more expensive, they made the maintenance package more expensive and while we did get 3.9% interest rate, it was for 72 months. An extra year of payments. We were livid, do they really think we wouldn't see that xxxx? We called and the guy told us that he had said the new time frame to us this morning over the phone. Why would we agree to that? We actually got a better deal last night!!! The guy quickly found the door! Please don't go there. Why are car dealerships so shady??? When we looked at our credit reports, they ran our credit over a dozen times. More
