I just bought a new Lexus because of the service department. It is the absolute best service department anywhere. The people here have always thoroughly explained everything. They are honest and rel department. It is the absolute best service department anywhere. The people here have always thoroughly explained everything. They are honest and reliable. The best thing about the service department is the personal service I received. They care about your comfort and are attentive to your needs. From the moment you pull up at the service department, you are greeted with smiling faces. As a single woman, I can’t imagine not having them in my life. More

I just used 1 1/2 hrs to find out why my car was leaking oil. I just had a 30000 mile check up for 600 plus dollars. The drain plug was not put on properly which resulted in the leak. Customer service was fine. Days after the service I noticed oil leaking from my vehicle. Upon further investigation, I found the oil drain plug to be loose causing the leak. I called to speak to the service department and was asked to leave a message and 5 days later I have not had my call returned. Very dissatisfied. More

The service waiting area is very comfortable and has a nice selection of drinks and snacks, however, I've found that the quality of the service advisors has declined. Normally a service advisor finds me w nice selection of drinks and snacks, however, I've found that the quality of the service advisors has declined.
