This was one of the best car buying experiences from any dealership that I’ve had. What made me give a 4 star rating, was that when I purchased my car, it had 6 miles on it and was a a car from a car show. dealership that I’ve had. When I further inspected it, there was unreported damage to the passanger rear quarter panel, as well as as a paint scrape cover up to the rear bumper. John was awesome with scheduling fixes to the bumper, but the ding was never removed. Ozzy, the service rep thinks he’s a real big shot and has an attitude. I brought my car in again because the ding was never fixed, as well as having a concern with the brakes. He walked away after telling me there was nothing wrong laughing, when I had a concern because I have a child and I wanted to make sure the brakes had no issues because even though the car is new, it also sat for 9 months in all types of weather but he’s a car expert so I must be crazy when I’m flooring the brakes to come to a complete stop in a new car. Please let him know that he could never beat me in a fight, even on my worst day, and he should probably show more respect towards his customers who buy cars. John however is an amazing human being and deserves all the accolades for his courtesy and respect. He’s also just a really friendly guy and took the time to address all of my concerns. This whole experience with ozzy really ruined my potential for service at the dealership, which sucks because I really don’t want to service my vehicle at Milford or Shelton. More

Unfortunately, the finance manager was way too pushy for the add on packages.
