I’m very detailed, and picky because let’s face it- it’s my hard earned money. I’m expecting to be treated with patience and kindness even if I feel overwhelmed. He makes me feel comfortable to be honest about things I liked and didn’t like in the cars I was looking for on the lot. He asked me detailed questions which helped me narrow down my selections. Questions I had not even thought about which helped me so much. The whole experience was great which gave me that security / confidence I was buying the right car for me. Thank you Jonathan! More
